Statement of Therapeutic Approach

I primarily use a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that the quality of human experience relies largely on our ability to live authentically as we are. I believe that each individual has the capability to lead in their own healing process with an inherent understanding of their personal wants and needs. In our work together, I will empower my clients to live a fulfilling life that is aligned with their unique values and goals.

In couples work, I will work to create a supportive environment where partners can come together with empathy and curiosity. I will promote reflective listening and reframing to help couples navigate difficult conversations. I will emphasize secure attachment within intimate relationships.
