Brynley Case, MSW

Clinical Social Work Associate

Brynley is deeply committed to empowering individuals as they navigate healing, identity, and self-acceptance. She works with clients ages 16 and older who seek both compassionate connection and honest, grounded feedback. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in empowerment, integrating EMDR, Feminist Multicultural Therapy, CBT, and Self-Compassion. Through this holistic approach, she supports clients in understanding the systems that have shaped them, challenging limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with their innate resilience.

Brynley earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Utah, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. She primarily works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Central to Brynley’s work is the belief that healing begins with empathy—toward ourselves and toward others. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can explore who they are, reclaim their voice, and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
