Kerrie Leitch, MA

Professional Counselor Associate

Provisional Registered Art Therapist

Kerrie values the therapeutic relationship and prioritize understanding each client’s needs and goals. She use both talk therapy and art therapy to support exploration, insight, and self-expression. Consent, vulnerability, and unconditional positive regard are central to her work and essential to creating a safe and support therapeutic space.

Kerrie specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, organization and planning and mindfulness. She also offers a unique focus by supporting survivors of religious trauma. She is passionate about meeting people where they are, approaching challenges with creativity, evidenced-based care, compassion, and a good sense of humor.

Kerrie graduated in 2024 from the Master’s of Art Therapy program at Lewis and Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland, Oregon. I received my Bachelor of Art – Studio Art/Drawing degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. I am working towards full licensure as both a professional counselor and art therapist and am receiving supervision in both areas. I am also pursuing a certificate in Religious Trauma Studies from the Global Center of Religious Research. I am a steadfast advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and value the neurodivergent experience.
